CORNWALL, Ontario – A 14-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on Feb. 24, 2019 and charged with arson and threats. It is alleged on Feb. 24, 2019, the youth poured gasoline on the floor boards of his grandmother’s residence and made threats to burn the property. Police were called and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, the youth was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court at a later date. His name was not released as per provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
