CORNWALL, Ontario – On Saturday, March 23, more than 300 people came out to the annual Rotary Pancake Breakfast at St. John’s Presbyterian Church.

For for  more than 40 years, the Rotary Pancake Breakfast has been serving up great food and a sense of community.

Last year, the Rotary Club raised more than $7,000 at the breakfast to support their projects in the community and around the world.

In addition to a great meal, the breakfast also had live musical entertainment, dancing from the MacCulloch Dancers and a silent auction with nearly 150 items including a Google Home, Crock Pot and a one-night stay at the Best Western.

“It’s not too bad. The weather threw us a little kink, but its alright. The auction items are moving well,” said Rotarian Tom Wallace.

Food was provided by El-Ca Foods, Cardinal & Son Wholesale Meat and New Cornwall Fruit.
