SOUTH DUNDAS, Ontario – Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were at the scene of a two vehicle collision on County Rd. 2 between Marine Station Rd. and Binion Rd. in South Dundas Township on July 14.

Preliminary investigation has indicated that at approximately 1:55 p.m., a passenger vehicle was travelling eastbound on County Rd. 2 when, for reasons under investigation, collided with a westbound SUV.

The adult male driver of the eastbound passenger vehicle was transported via air ambulance to hospital with serious life threatening injuries.

The driver of the SUV and three other occupants were transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

SD&G OPP continue to investigate the collision with the assistance of the OPP Traffic Collision Investigators (TCI).
