UPDATE: 10:57 a.m. the missing youth has been safely located.
CORNWALL, Ontario – The Cornwall Police Service is asking for public assistance to locate 13-year-old, Emma Brisebois. The youth was last seen on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at approximately 11 p.m. in the area of Riverdale Avenue and Second Street West. Police do not believe foul play is suspected, however, we are looking to confirm her wellbeing and would like to speak to her or anyone with information concerning her whereabouts.
