MARCH 31 – HORS D’OEUVRES – HORS D’OEUVRES

The word sounds exotic; the look and the taste is often quite exotic! These one-bite delicacies are usually meant to take the edge off our appetites before dinner, but, admit it, some of us could make a complete meal of hors d’oeuvres. Chef Margaret will tell us how many appetizers per guest, as well as answer any questions while demonstrating how to make several different types. Of course, you will get to sample the deliciousness. Taking place March 31 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Green Valley Community Centre. Cost: $10, supply fee: $10.
