CORNWALL, Ontario – Carlos Moran, 63, of Cornwall was arrested on Saturday, Aug. 24 and charged with two counts of assault police.
It is alleged while police were investigating an unrelated matter, the man assaulted two police officers.
He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Sept. 24, 2019.
