CORNWALL, Ontario – The Cornwall Police Service is looking to identify the woman pictured below in relation to a theft that occurred at a Second St. business on Aug. 24, 2019. The woman is described as being approximately 50 years of age with a slim build, dark hair in a ponytail, and was wearing a camouflage ball cap with a blue zip-up hoodie.
