NORTH DUNDAS, Ontario – On Friday, Aug. 23 at approx. 7:18 p.m., SDG OPP officers responded to a report of a disturbance at the community center in Winchester. An investigation revealed that two adult males had assaulted a 16-year-old male.
Jonathan Irven, 22, of North Dundas was arrested and charged with assault.
Zachary Minarik- Eastman, 18, of North Dundas was also arrested and charged with assault.
Both were released from custody and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on Oct. 1, 2019.
