CORNWALL, Ontario – Jason Barkley, 39, of Cornwall was arrested on Friday, Sept. 6 and charged with assault with a weapon, pointing a firearm, as well as possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
It is alleged the man pointed a BB gun at an individual conducting a delivery and police were contacted to investigate.
During the investigation, the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on October 10.
