Psychic Fair hosts mediums from across North America

CORNWALL, Ontario – Whether you were looking for a future prophecy, current life advice or to connect with spiritual beings, the Psychic Fair at Best Western hosted it all on Saturday, Sept. 14 to Sunday, Sept 15.

Bonnie Thompson, medium of Messages From Above, said that her son organized the weekend event. Thompson has had her own television show, hosted numerous events and works with clients internationally through reading photographs and foreseeing events.

“We come to Cornwall twice a year, usually the spring and fall,” she said. “The reason why I started coming to Cornwall is because I have a good friend here…and some of the cities have people who really look forward to us coming.”

Thompson said that the event hosted readers from Montreal, Ottawa and the U.S., who all have years of experience. Most recently, healing strategies and using crystals are very popular at the events.

“A lot of people are looking for guidance in love, relationships, lost loved ones, finances and stuff like that. I always say, we are counsellors because we can’t tell you to do anything but we can suggest what you can do,” said Thompson, who made note of kleenex boxes at her station as her readings may become emotional.
