CORNWALL, Ontario – Zackary Deschamps, 21, of Cornwall was arrested on Sept. 19 and charged with sexual assault, sexual interference, as well as invitation to sexual touching to a person under 16.
It is alleged between Sept. 2 and 3, the man sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl who was known to him and police were contacted to investigate.
On Sept. 19 the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court at a later date.
