CORNWALL, Ontario – The CPS are looking for your assistance in locating a missing 13-year-old female, Emma Brisebois. She was last seen wearing light blue ripped jeans, a white fuzzy hoodie, white backpack with flowers on it and reading glasses. She is described as being 5’4”, 95-100lbs with straight shoulder length hair.
