CORNWALL, Ontario – The City of Cornwall held their annual Christmas tree lighting on Friday night, Nov. 22.
The Christmas tree was placed at its traditional location at the City Hall plaza on Pitt St.
Elaina Heuston helped Santa light the tree this year.
“She was the first one down here with a canned good donation,” said her grandmother Line Heuston-Hanley. “She really wanted to win.”
