CORNWALL, Ontario – A 54-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on Jan. 1, 2020 and charged with Assault x2 and Mischief. It is alleged during an argument on Jan. 1, 2020 the man broke some dishes and assaulted his girlfriend and her son. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. The man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victims in the matter.
