Man arrested for allegedly selling stolen snowmobile

CORNWALL, Ontario – Ryan Migneault, 28, of Cornwall was arrested on Jan. 15, 2020 and charged with possession of property obtained by crime and fraud under $5,000. It is alleged the man sold a stolen snowmobile to someone and police were contacted to investigate. On Jan. 15, 2020, the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Feb. 13, 2020.

SHOPLIFTING, BREACH

CORNWALL, Ontario – Jessica Albers, 27, of Cornwall was arrested on Jan. 15, 2020 and charged with theft under $5,000 and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on Jan. 14, 2020, the woman attended a Ninth Street business and removed merchandise, making no attempt to pay for the items as she left the store. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On Jan. 15, 2020, she was taken into custody during a traffic stop, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Feb. 13, 2020.

BREACH

CORNWALL, Ontario- Saul Alonso, 36, of Cornwall was arrested on Jan. 15, 2020 and charged with breach of undertaking for consuming alcohol. It is alleged on the night of Jan. 15, 2020, police were investigating a disturbance and located the man intoxicated by alcohol, despite his conditions. An investigation ensued and he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Feb. 13, 2020.
