SOUTH GLENGARRY, Ontario – A new Chair and Vice Chair were elected at the Raisin Region Conservation Authority’s (RRCA) Annual Meeting on Jan. 23, 2020.

Bryan McGillis, Mayor of the Township of South Stormont, was elected the new Chair and Martin Lang, Councillor for the Township of South Glengarry, was elected Vice Chair.

The RRCA’s Board of Directors consists of 8 representatives from their 5 member municipalities: the City of Cornwall and the Townships of North Glengarry, South Glengarry, North Stormont, and South Stormont.  The Board oversees the Authority’s budget, programs, and services.
