SOUTH GLENGARRY, Ontario – (SOUTH GLENGARRY, ON.) – The Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is assisting with an investigation involving a house fire.

On Feb. 22, 2022, shortly after 11 p.m., officers responded to a residential fire on Concession Rd. 4 in South Glengarry Township. South Glengarry Fire Department was on scene battling the fully engulfed house.

One person remains unaccounted for at this time. The fire was extinguished and remains under investigation.

The SD&G OPP Crime Unit and the OPP Forensic Identification Services Unit (FIS) are assisting with the investigation, in conjunction with the Ontario Fire Marshal (OFM).
