At the Cornwall Community Hospital on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at the age of 103 years. Beloved husband of the late Jean (née Quenneville). Loving father of Richard Boileau (Sujata Bhatia) of Kirkland, Quebec, Robert Boileau of Guelph, Bernard Boileau (Suzanne) of Montreal, Lynn Clouthier (Rick) of Ottawa and Mark Boileau (Marjorie) of Cornwall. Cherished grandfather and great-grandfather. Dear friend of Grace Andress. Predeceased by his parents William George Boileau and Maria Levina (née Seymour) Boileau, by his brothers Harvey (the late Lucille), Gervais (the late Alice) and George (the late Sally) and by his sister Verna Quig (the late James).
A Private Family Service will be held at a later date.
He worked at Courtaulds and was in great demand as a skilled carpenter and cabinet maker, renovating homes and cottages until his retirement.
