It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Shelley Lynn Brownell (née Hagey) on Friday January 28th, 2022 at the Ottawa Civic Hospital at the age of 61 years. Beloved companion of 27 years to Tom Redfern of Cornwall. Loving sister of Allan Hagey (Amelia Buchan) of Lunenburg, Leslie Hagey (Denis Seguin) of Ste-Anne du Lac, QC and Dawn Mullen of Cornwall. Soul sister for 37 years of Kathleen Hickey (Michel Brunet) of Cornwall. Shelley will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. As per Shelley’s wishes cremation has taken place. Spring burial will take place in Galt Cambridge, ON. As expressions of sympathy Memorial donations to the Ottawa Civic Hospital Neurology Dept. or CHEO would be appreciated by the family.
