LANCASTER, Ontario – Century 21 has acquired the Glengarry Real Estate office in Lancaster.

While it has existed under a number of names over the years, Lancaster has had a real estate office at 12 Duncan St. since 1987.

“We’ve always had a close relationship with Century 21,” said Andy Menard, a Real Estate agent with 48 years of experience with Glengarry Real Estate. “They wanted to have a branch office in Lancaster.”

All staff members are staying on from Glengarry Real Estate, including the six real estate agents.

“The timing was right,” said Troy Vaillancourt, co-owner of Century 21. “We already serviced this area, but it was important for us to have a physical office here. Having the office out here helps us push the brand and gives our agents a place to bring their clients.”
