CORNWALL, Ontario – Fines Home Hardware, the sponsor of this year’s Cornwall Chamber of Commerce Spring Home and Leisure Show, announced on Friday, March 10 that gardening specialist and TV personality Mark Cullen will be presenting at the show on April 7 and 8.

“We’ve worked, in partnership with the Chamber and we’re delighted to announce that Mark will be joining us for parts of this year’s Show,” states Scott Fines, store owner. “Visitors to the Spring Show will watch his interactive presentations about new trends in gardening and he will also be available in our booth so visitors can ask questions,” continued Fines.

Cullen will be presenting from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the Friday and from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on the Saturday. Additionally, he will be fielding questions from show go-ers on their gardening projects and will be available at the Fines Home Hardware booth following the presentations.

“The Chamber has worked with Fines Home Hardware to offer this year’s grand prize, a $5000.00 outdoor treasure trove that includes a riding lawn mower, a fabulous Traeger Grill, a patio set, fire pit, and so much more,” reports Executive Manager Lezlie Strasser. “It is a tremendous prize and we’re pleased with Fines, as our title sponsor, in making the prize available for some lucky Show visitor.”

The show will feature nearly 100 exhibitors  with the latest in gardening and home improvement.

There will also be fun activities for show go-ers to participate in like the Family Fun Zone, Golf Challenge, and City Central which has become a go-to spot for many visitors to the Show.

The Spring Home and Leisure Show will be hosted at Cornwall Civic Complex. Doors open at 4 p.m. on Friday April 7 and close at that same time on Sunday April 9. Admission is $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and students and children under 12 accompanied by an adult get in for free.
