CORNWALL ON- In 2021 Tracy Jans created Sky Studios Fitness, a Cornwall based aerial studio, offering pole and aerial hoop fitness classes. The studio has since grown a healthy following of aerialists who are passionate about health, fitness and defying gravity.
Recently the studio has gained some national popularity with the outstanding representation at the Canadian Pole and Aerial Championship.
“This was the first year that our studio had 5 athletes competing and they each placed top 2 in their respective divisions,” shared Tracy Jans, Studio Owner and Head Coach. “I am so proud of all our athletes and the momentum our little studio is generating.”
Sky Studios athletes were awarded the following certifications.

- Amy Malyon – 2nd Aerial Sport-Hoop 1
- Melissa and Rachel Matheson – 1stAerial Sport-Doubles
- Tracy Jans- 2nd Aerial Sport- Hoop 2 & 4th Pole Sport Semi-Pro
The Canadian Pole and Aerial Championship is Canada’s longest running pole and aerial competition that helps bring aerial performers to the next level. The association offers variety, inclusivity, and opportunity to each and every athlete by presenting high-quality competition experiences to competitors across Canada.
