CORNWALL, Ontairo – The always anticipated launch party and cover reveal for Cornwall Living 2018 took place a the Nav Centre’s Jet Set Pub on Wednesday, May 30, 2018.
“For the past 25 years Cornwall Living has been highlighting why you should live here, why should return home and why Cornwall is a great place to live,” said Cornwall Seaway News General Manager Rick Shaver. “We have seen many advancements, we have welcomed many newcomers, we have a strong francophone community and we can boast about our River Institute.”
Of the cover, Shaver said that again this year, Cornwall Living was highlighting Cornwall’s homegrown talent.
“Our cover photo is another success of homegrown talent who has shows his skill on a national level,” Shaver said. “He was born and raised here, coached and learned from his parents and friends how to succeed. His story is a real good one and his success brings him back home to help the youth in our region.”
With a flourish and a litte help from the cover man himself, the cover of Cornwall Living 2018 was revealed to be lacross player Jacob Ruest.
“I am truly proud to be a part of this great magazine and on the cover at that,” Ruest said.
For 25 years now, Cornwall Living has been highlighting this City’s successes at home and around the world.
