At his home on Saturday, June 5, 2021, Alphonsus Joseph “Joe” Jesso of St. Isidore; age 70 years. Beloved spouse of the late Veronica “Nicky” Bennett (2018). Loving father of James Jesso, step-father of Tina Robinson (Denver) and Michael Crites (Jess). Dear brother Helena Cogdale (Robert), Teresita Hemmings (Edward), Margaret Savoy (Jim) and Carmelita Green (John). Predeceased by his parents James and Lillian Jesso (nee Benoit) and siblings Ruth, Philima, Oswell and Gordon. Survived by three step-grandchildren Pearl, Hunter & Hannah. He proudly served his Country for 22 years in the Armed Forces. Joe loved the outdoors, fishing and his faithful friend right until the end – his dog Bella. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 20 Main St. South, Maxville (613-527-2898). As per Joe’s request, cremation has taken place. Memorial donations in memory of Joe to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Joe a tree will be planted in a memory woods. A tree grows-memories live.
