GODARD, AUGUSTA (née Sauvé) – Augusta Marie “Rita” Sauvé at St. Joseph’s Continuing Care on Saturday September 28, 2019 at the age of 89 years. Beloved wife of the late Jerome Godard. Loving mother of Gaston (Monique), Pierre (Lucy), Helene (Charles) Marlette, and Yvon (Melissa). Predeceased by daughter Denise Godard. Loving grandmother of Tanya, Tracy, Shaun (predeceased by their mother Judy) Gabriel, Emily, Candice, and Stephanie. Dear daughter of the late Emile and Eugenie (née Tessier) Sauvé. Dear sister of Emilien. Predeceased by her sister Yvonne Proulx. Resting at Wilson Funeral Home, 218 Montreal Road, where visitation will be held Thursday from 9-10:45AM. Mass of the Resurrection with Commendation and Farewell will be celebrated in Nativity Co-Cathedral on Thursday October 3, 2019 at 11:00AM. Interment at a later date in St. Columbans Cemetery.
