Bernard passed away peacefully surrounded by love on Wednesday, June 16th, 2021 at the age of 81 years. Beloved husband for 57 years of Jeannette Belanger (Bouvier). Loving father of Denis Belanger (Allison) of Ingleside. Cherished “Pere” to Owen and Emma. Predeceased by his parents; the late Henri Belanger and the late Irene Belanger (Miron). Dear bother of Colette Primeau (late Arthur) of Cornwall. He will be sadly missed by nieces and nephews; Paul (Barbara), Guy (Carol Ann), Louise (Tim) and Denis (Shelley), his sisters-in-law; Therese Legault (Roger) and Aline Viau (Roger) both of Cornwall and many nieces and nephews from the Bouvier family. Visitation will take place at the Boulerice Funeral Home, 218 Montreal Road, Cornwall (613-938-3888) on Wednesday, June 23rd, 2021 from 9 a.m. until the time of the Funeral. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Nativity Co-Cathedral on Wednesday, June 23rd at 11 a.m. followed by interment in Nativity Cemetery. For those who wish to attend the controlled attendance Visitation and Funeral must call 613-938-3888 to reserve a time and place.
