Betty Pearl Wynetta (Quan) Lalonde
At the Ottawa Civic Hospital on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at the young age of 84. She now joins her beloved husband, the late Raymond Lalonde. Loving mother of Raymond (Claudia), Larry (Barbara), Jay (Dean), Ricky (Nicole), Ronnie (Kim), Dale and Timmy (late Kirsten). Proud grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother. Survived by her brother Brian Quan (Esther) and sisters Helen St. Martin (Henry) and Linda Horton (late Norman) of Wendover and by her sister-in-law Shirley Cholette (late Bernie). She was well loved and will be dearly missed by her many friends she met at Sandfield Place. Predeceased by her parents Clarence and Myrtle (née Golden) Quan and her sisters; Alice Alguire (late Keith), Eileen Robins (Doug), Harriet Tessier (late Bob), Jean Brown (late Ralph), Hilda Horton (late Bill) and Judy Quan. The family will be in attendance at LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN CORNWALL FUNERAL HOMES, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482) for a gathering to celebrate her life on Friday, September 29, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Diabetes Canada would be appreciated by the family.
