Blanche passed away peacefully, her family by her side. She is survived and so greatly missed by her husband of 70 years, Raymond Cloutier. She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Louise, Suzanne (the late Thomas McAllister), Diane (Kirk Cameron) and Claude (Susan Hawley).
