With deep sadness and a heavy heart we announce the passing of our adored Captain Maxim Heredia who left this world on January 18, 2021 with his family by his side.
Beloved husband of Kathleen. Proud and devoted father of Linda (Andrew) and Alberto (Kristen). Cherished grandfather of Carter, Nora, Aaron and Jackson. Loving brother of Patricia, Elsa, Melanie, and Raoul. Dear son of Albert and Evelyn.
Maxim was a man of miraculous strength, courage and devotion. His greatest joy and fulfillment was his family. His infinite wisdom will guide us for generations to come and his love will endure forever. He will always be the Captain of our hearts.
We are incredibly grateful for the compassionate care from the ICU staff at the Cornwall Community Hospital.
A private service will be held on Saturday, January 23rd at 11 a.m., St. Francis De Sales Parish, Cornwall, with webcasting available due to COVID restrictions. Please check back in the coming days for the webcast link.
The family welcomes memorial donations in Maxim’s name to the Canadian Cancer Society.
