JOANISSE, Carolyn Helena – It is with heavy hearts that we announce Carolyn’s peaceful passing on Friday, November 15, 2019 at the age of 70. Carolyn was special and a beautiful spirit. The beloved spouse of Jodie Cober, awesome step-mother to Lindsay Cober and much loved Nana to Mason, who was her shining light. Carolyn is predeceased by her parents, Omer and Dorothy Joanisse, survived by her loving brother, Gerald (Patricia), niece, Sharon (aka Shari), cousin, Kevin Lougheed (Gina), her cute dog Phoebe and numerous friends. Carolyn worked with the developmentally disabled for the majority of her adult life, as well as, running a country store in Northfield Station. At her request, a private family service will be held.
