At Woodland Villa, Long Sault, on Friday December 8, 2023. Carolyn Frances Tinkess (nee Connelly); aged 79 years. Beloved wife of Perry Tinkess. Loving mother of Waylon Tinkess (Dianne) of Martintown and Valerie Tinkess of Avonmore. Cherished grandmother of Brittany, Sydney and Alyssa and great-grandmother of Blaire and Addison. Dear sister of Brenda, Janet, Margaret, Bill and Linda. She is predeceased by her parents Bill and Aileen (nee McKenzie) Connelly; also by siblings Sonny, Desmond, Bob, Michael, BarbaraAnne and Marilyn. A special thanks to the staff of Woodland Villa for their care and compassion shown to Carolyn. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 20 Main St. South, Maxville (613-527-2898). As per Carolyn’s wishes, cremation will take place followed by a private urn burial at Paul’s Hill Cemetery, Avonmore. A Celebration of life will take place Saturday, April 6, 2024 at North Stormont Place (16299 Fairview Drive, Avonmore, ON K0C 1C0). As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family.
