Leblanc, Cecil Robert – At the Cornwall Community Hospital McConnell Site on Sunday July 18, 2021 at the age of 72 years.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear Dad and Papa, after a lengthy battle with COPD. Reunited with his one true love, our Mom and Nana, Donna Leblanc (nee Legue – 1994)
Loving Father to Pamela Workman (Cam), Lori Campeau (Jonathan), Robert Leblanc (Kelly) and Robin Leblanc (Nancy). Cherished Papa to Nikolas (Shayna), Marissa (Brandon), Kallum and Cohen. Hugh, Kendra, Madison, Zachary, Kate (Mike), Alexis, Jacob, Brandon and Lyla Predeceased by his parents Leona Merpaw (nee St. Denis), Robert Leblanc and Stepfather Raymond Merpaw and by his only brother Harold Leblanc. He will be sadly missed by his sisters, Florence Chenier, Diane Lauzon and Brenda Merpaw as well as many in-laws, niece’s nephews and friends.
Cecil was a highly skilled heavy equipment operator for West Front Construction for many years until his illness forced him to retire.
