It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our beloved husband, son, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, and uncle. Son of Edward and the late Helen Burley. Loving husband of 32 years to Sharon Hunt-Burley. Adored father
to Krista Coleman (Matt) and Lynn Burley, and step-father to Allison Julien-McCuaig (Tim) and Melissa Julien (Benoit Lalonde). Grandfather to Ryleah (Kalven), Mikayla (Braedyn), Cameron, Nolan, James and Emma. Great Pappy to Oliver and Maddison. Beloved big brother to Kathy Kooi (Peter), Suzanne Jensen (Scott Perry), Stephen (Erin), David (Helen), Paula Fontaine (Brian), and bonus sister Patricia McPhail (Lyndon). Will be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Chris was a devoted family man, proud Cornwall City Police Officer of 30 years, and a wonderful friend. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In his memory, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Cornwall Hospice, or Diabetes Canada.
