It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Christopher at Cornwall Community Hospital of congestive heart failure at the age of 56.
Christopher is survived by his wife Sally Wells (Miller), who took great care of him. His children Cole Wells (Mandy), Kaitlyn Wells and his step-son Doug Miller. He is also survived by his parents Terry and Lorraine Wells (Cousineau), sister Carrie Seguin (Richard), niece Kristen Seguin (Nathan), nephew Matthew Seguin (Sasha), his chosen brother Paul Bazinet (Christine) and niece Chloe Bazinet.
Christopher will be remembered with love by his godmother Sharon Taillon and his uncle Peter (Lori), aunt Judy (John) and uncle Arthur (Sue).
Cremation has taken place as per his wishes, no visitation.
In his memory donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society, or to Carefor Cornwall Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
