At her home on Tuesday, October 29, 2019. Claire Crowley (nee David) of Alexandria. Beloved wife of the late Alphonsus (Al) Crowley. Loving mother of Claire Elizabeth Crowley of Toronto and Marie Adele Crowley of Ottawa. Dear daughter of the late Elie David and the late Glorianna Doré. Predeceased by her half brothers and sister; Marie Reine Sabourin, Elie Leduc and Archille Leduc. Claire taught in schools in Green Valley and Montreal. She then moved to Hull, Quebec to raise her family. As per Claire’s wishes there will be no visitation or service. A private interment of cremated remains in Sacred Heart Parish Cemetery, Alexandria at a later date. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772). As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Claire a tree will be planted in a memory woods.
