On March 7, 2021 at the Cornwall Community Hospital; age 60 years. Beloved spouse of Rodney Blair. Loving mother of Christine Diotte (Mathieu). Cherished grandmother of Chloé and Kayla. Dear sister of Muriel Labelle (Josée), Richard Labelle (Johanne), Monique Labelle-Montgomery (John), Daniel Labelle and Carole Labelle. Predeceased by her parents Victor and Marie-Ange (née Samson) Labelle. Claire will be lovingly missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
