LEBRUN, Claude Joseph – At the University of Ottawa Heart Institute on Wednesday June 26, 2019. He was 73. He leaves his loving wife of 51 years, Yolande (Longtin) Lebrun. Dear father of Shawn Lebrun (Nancy) and Melanie Lebrun (Lyle Sproul). Sadly missed by 4 grandchildren, Kaela, Melina, Jake and Rylan. Survived by 2 brothers, Fernand Lebrun (Lorraine) and Jean-Louis Lebrun (Lianne). Predeceased by his parents, Alcide and Agnes (Villeneuve) Lebrun, 3 brothers, Wilfred, Raymond and Donald Lebrun and one sister Therese Secours. Friends will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Wednesday from 9:30am – 10:30am. Funeral Mass Wednesday July 3, 2019 at Nativity Co-Cathedral at 11am. Rite of Committal to follow at Notre Dame Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute, 40 Ruskin Street, Ottawa, ON K1Y 4W7, www.ottawaheart.ca would be appreciated by the family.
