Cyril Trevor Page (Cy)

It is with great sadness that the family of Cyril Trevor Page announces his passing after a brief illness, on Thursday, March 5th, 2020 at the age of 84 years. Cyril lived and worked in the Cornwall area for over 25 years. He moved to Cornwall in 1968 to start-up St Lawrence College Cornwall Campus. He held the positions of Dean of Business, Dean of Engineering Technology and Dean of Student and Campus Services. Prior to retiring from the college, he headed up and developed the Cornwall Energy Efficiency Team for two years. Cyril and his wife Rita retired in British Columbia where they enjoyed many years of adventures – skiing, golfing, fishing and travel as well as playing an active role in the local community. Cyril will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 56 years, Rita Claire and his children, Cynthia of Airdrie, AB; Andrew of Nelson, BC; Brian (Tori) of Airdrie, AB; Ian (Bridget) of Singapore. Cyril will also be fondly remembered by his ten grandchildren, Logan, Brittany, Jack, Charlotte, Morgan, Finley, Nash, Talia, Dylan and Grahame and by his sisters, Marge Roberts, Heather (Louis) Barrieau and his brother David (Kathy). Cyril was predeceased by his brothers Donald, Herbert and Richard. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Cyril’s life will be held in July, 2020. If so desired, contributions in his memory to the Parkinson Association of Alberta would be appreciated.
