Dale Hickman
Wednesday, September 26th, 1956 – Saturday, June 11th, 2022
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dale on Saturday June 11th, 2022 surrounding by family in his home, at the age of 65 years. Dear husband of 39 years of Sylvie (née Myre). Proud father of Matthew (Mollie), Derek (Jenn) and Scott (Amy). Caring Papa to Keegan, Graci, Liam, Mason, Owen, Clark and Vivian. Dear brother to David (Caroline) and John (Donna). Pre-deceased by his parents Joseph Edward Hickman and Dorothy Mae (née Lennie) and sister Debra Lynn. A carpenter by trade, it was evident that Dale took pride in his work and he was both respected and adored by those around him. He will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews, colleagues, friends and the Myre family. The Hickman family would like to express their gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Roger Tremblay, Dr. Anthony Di Cintio and the Bayshore nursing team of Vanessa, Lindsay and Amy for the care and compassion provided to Dale and his family. Funeral arrangements entrusted by Wilson Funeral Homes. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 18th at the Hickman residence at 17488 County Rd. 44 (Headline Rd. East) between 3 and 7pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of Cornwall would be appreciated.
