Darleen Elizabeth Aitken (nee Osborne) 86 years, passed on January 22nd at the Ottawa General Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Aitken of Summerstown, Ontario. Predeceased by parents George Osborne and Margaret Chafee. Survived by her daughter, Arlene Kentell (Ian), son Herbert Aitken (Karen), brother Charles Osborne (Diane), four grandchildren Alison (Allan), Christopher (Krystie), Tyler, Kaitlyn (Jake) and three great grandchildren John, Alexis and Ella. Darleen was raised on the family dairy farm in Bainsville and then joined Ken on his family dairy farm in Summerstown. Her fun loving personality will be very missed by family and her many friends. Memorial service to be held at Salem United Church, Summerstown on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 11 am. As an expression of sympathy donations to Salem United Church would be appreciated.
