Suddenly at Cornwall Community Hospital McConnell Site on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at the age of 90 years. Beloved husband of Lydia (née Primeau) for 68 years. Loving father of Karen Bilmer (James), the late Brenda Marsolais, William “Bill” (Penny) and Joanne MacDonald (Gary Bryan). Cherished grandfather of Anthony “Tony” Ponzo (Stacey), Amalia “Amy” Dallaire (Pascal), Amanda St. Louis (Mathieu), Jessica Disotell (Ryan), Joel Marsolais, Chelsea Marsolais, Kelsey Jans (Brian) and Austin Myers. Great-grandfather of eleven and great-great-grandfather of one. Dear brother of Ernest “Ernie” Marsolais (Denise). Predeceased by his parents Hormidas and Alice (née Perkins) Marsolais and by his siblings Bernie, Euclide (the late Margaret) (Theresa), Hilda Taillon (the late Omer), Robert “Bob” (the late Theresa), Clara Stephenson (the late Douglas), Jack (the late Irene), Carl (the late Barbara) and Glen. Family will be in attendance at LAHAIE & SULLIVAN CORNWALL FUNERAL HOMES, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482) on Wednesday, October 30 from 9 am.
