BENEDICT, David Roy – at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Sunday February 7, 2022 at the age of 81 years. Beloved husband of Gloria (née White) Benedict of St. Regis Quebec. Loving father of Thomas Benedict (Charlene), Michael Benedict, David Benedict Jr. (Katherine), Jeffrey Barnes (Hilda) and Dawn Marie Benedict all of Akwesasne. Proud grandfather of 32 grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear brother of Elaine Cook, Emily Thompson, Lorraine Thompson all of Akwesasne. Predeceased by his parents Thomas Benedict, Annie (née Thompson) and his brother Mike Benedict. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN CORNWALL FUNERAL HOME, WEST BRANCH, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482). All Services will be held privately due to covid.
