BLANCHETTE, Denise (née Paquette) – Mrs. Denise Bertha Blanchette on Monday January 31, 2022 in Cornwall with her family by her side at the age of 69 years. Beloved wife of late Ronald Blanchette. Loving mother of Angel Blanchette (Bryan) and Ronald Jr. (Melinda). Cherished grandmother of Spencer, Damien, Loklyn, Harlow, Addisyn and Blake. Special mother to Caroline Ley-Fritz of Michigan USA (Eric). Dear sister to Robert (Jocelyne), Gilbert (Thérèse), Rodolphe (Terry), Michel (Louise), and Irene Pilon (Daniel). Also missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. Predeceased by her parents Jean-Alairie and Irene (née Hebert) Paquette and three siblings Fern Paquette (late Pauline), John Paquette (Nancy), and Florence Gauthier. Special thank you to Rachelle Leroux and Kim Lu and all staff from Carefor Home Health who helped take care of Denise. Cremation has taken place. Interment at St. Lawrence Valley Cemetery in the spring. If so desired, Memorial Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
