Denise Gagné (née Beauchemin)
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Denise Gagné (née Beauchemin) on Monday, June 19th, 2023 at her residence at the age of 72 years. Beloved wife of the late Mr. Zoo (Gérald) Gagné. Loving mother of Mrs. Sylvie Gagné-Kielec (Greg), cherished grandmother of Tatyana Kielec and Marie-Soleil Kielec, beloved sister of Yves Beauchemin (Janice Jodoin) of Cornwall, Nicole Ladouceur of Drumondville, QC and Réjeanne Blanchard (Richard Lemay) of Cornwall. She is predeceased by her parents Omer Beauchemin and Carmen Beauchemin (née Grondine) and by her siblings Real Beauchemin and Ginette Lebrun (Jean-Claude). She bravely fought her illness and defied everyone’s expectations. She lived to care, support, feed and entertain others. She was a ray of sunshine and social butterfly who will be deeply missed. As per Denise’s wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place on Sunday, July 9th, 2023 at the Army Navy Force Club, 14 Marlborough St, Cornwall, ON at 12:30. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to Hospice Cornwall would be appreciated by the family.
