Denise Proulx (Charbonneau)

PROULX, Denise (née Charbonneau) – Mrs. Denise Fleurette Proulx at the St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre on Sunday July 18, 2021 at the age of 81 years, having lived a full and beautiful life. She will be sorely missed by her four adoring children and their spouses: Darnell Proulx, Jonathan Proulx (Charlene), Kelly-Ann Benoit (Alain), and James Proulx (Nicole). Sadly missed by her 11 grandchildren Patrick, Mathieu, Sarah, Joshua, Adam, David, Samuel, Justin, Philippe, Jacob, and Jonah, and her 5 great-grandchildren Jackson, Ryland, Rory, Cameron, and Zharina who will cherish their special memories with their “Nanny”. Dear sister to Hervé Charbonneau (Gisèle) and step-sister to Nicole Lemieux (Bob), and Norma Joncas (Paul). Denise is gone to be reunited with the love of her life, Stanley Proulx, who died on December 15, 2003. She is predeceased by her sisters Claire Lafleur, Kathleen Leroux, and Lorraine Major, by her parents Hervé and Catherine (née Hawkins) Charbonneau, and by her step-mother Noëlla. Resting at the Wilson Funeral Home 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, where visitation will be held on Thursday July 22, 2021 from 7-9PM and on Friday July 23, 2021 from 11AM-1PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church on Friday July 23, 2021 at 2:00PM. Interment will take place at a later date in Notre Dame Cemetery.
