Picard, Diane Pauline – Peacefully at Carefor Hospice, Cornwall with her loving family by her side, on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 Diane Pauline Picard of Cornwall after having just turned 66 years of age. Beloved wife of Steven Picard. Loving mother of Wendy Sedgwick (Randy Toupin) and step mother of Shelly Harding (Bryan Ceasor), both of Cornwall. Cherished grandmother of Kyran Harding and Niah Harding, both of Cornwall. Sadly missed by her siblings, Remi (Nicole) Villars Jr., Dan (Shari) Villars, Rose (Henry) Uitto, and Carole (Rob) Smith, all of Timmins, Ontario. Predeceased by her parents Evelyn (née Jette) and Remi Villars Sr., and two brothers, Micheal and Guetanne Villars.
