Donna Marie Parker
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Donna Parker, who passed away peacefully at Cornwall Hospice on April 19, at the age of 72, surrounded by her loving family and friends.
Wife, best friend, and teammate of George Parker. Mother of Bryan and Angie. Grandmother to Leah and Jemma.
Predeceased by her parents, Rodger and Mary McCann, as well as her brothers Jack and Patrick. Survived by her siblings: Sharon (late Gaston), William (late Mary), Colleen Stellar (Bill), and Michael. She will be remembered by her niece Jennifer, nephews Chris and Dennis, and other extended family members.
Donna was a longtime resident of Lancaster, Ontario, and will be missed by her many friends and all who knew her.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the nurses, doctors, and caregivers who provided compassionate care over the past eight months.
As per Donna’s wishes, in lieu of flowers, donations to Carefor Hospice Cornwall in her memory would be greatly appreciated.
Cremation has already taken place, and a celebration of life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion in Lancaster, on May 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
