Séguin, Doris (Watters) – At the Heartwood Nursing Home in Cornwall on Tuesday, November 27, 2019. She was 91. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Séguin and loving friend of Roger Léger. Loving mother of Dianne Lagroix (late Jean-Gilles), Linda Séguin and Sylvia Sullivan (late Ronald). Sadly missed by her 5 grandchildren, 3 great-children and 1 great great grandchild. Survived by her siblings Phillip (Lucy), Rex (Debbie), Albert (Nicole), Arthur (Gabrielle), Raymond (Deborah) and Valerie Watters (Hughie). Predeceased by her parents, Phillip Sr. and Joanne (Michaud) Watters and her siblings Wilfrid, Joseph (Joe), Edmond Watters (Rita), Mary Leduc (late Léo), Mabel Hodkinson (Eddy), Amelia Delorme (late Israël Lanoue and late Roméo Delorme) and 1 grandson Michael. Funeral services entrusted to the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday, December 2, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. in St-Francis de Sales Church Cornwall. Followed by cremation follow, final committal will be held in the spring at Notre Dame Cemetery Cornwall. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or The Children’s Treatment Center would be appreciated by the family.
