WALTERS, Dorothy (Kelly) – At the Cornwall Community Hospital on Saturday, February 12, 2022. She was 90. Loving wife of the late Thomas Walters. Cherished mother of Howard Walters (Gayle), Craig Walters and Carolyn Brunet. Sadly missed by her grandchildren, Krista, late Tyler, Shawn, Chelsey, Brandon and her great-grandchildren, Grayson and Jayden. Loving sister of Shirley Garrett (Doug). Dorothy is also survived by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, James and Florence (Russett) Kelly, her brothers, John, Stanley, Alfred and her sisters, Doris and Lily. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall.
