It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Duncan Fulford at Cornwall Community Hospital on Sunday January 1, 2023 at the age of 90. Duncan was the beloved husband and best friend of Barbara (née Splaine) for 63 years. He was the proud father of daughter Kim Racine (John Kroon) of Cornwall and son Steven (Lisa) of Toronto.
